Women @ Maze

Women@Maze provides an opportunity for women of all ages to meet together for fellowship and relaxation. It incorporates the aims of PWA to stimulate interest and support for mission with visiting speakers from missionary organisations.

Women@Maze meet together to support one another through friendship.

22 September 2011 - Fun and Games

A relaxing night to catch up on summer news. Linzi Bell will organize some easy games for us, and Claire Irvine and Hayley McNeice will share their experiences of mission in Romania and Kilkenny.

13 October 2011 - Cooking for Christ

Lindsay Ile will present a unique cookery demonstration which intertwines a Bible lesson with simple recipes for everyday life.

5 November 2011 - (Sat morning) Presbytery Breakfast

We will join with other ladies from the Dromore Presbytery to enjoy breakfast together. The speaker will be Evelyn Hamilton, wife of last year’s moderator.

8 December 2011 - Nativity

Celebrate the Incarnation together as we watch the 2010 BBC production “The Nativity”. Bring some festive food for supper!

February 2012 -(date tbc) Hope for Justice

Hope for Justice is a Christian organisation which campaigns against human trafficking. One of their representatives will share with us what is happening in Belfast in this regard, and how they are seeking to “proclaim freedom for the captives”.

1 March 2012 - Karen Webb

Karen lives in Lisburn and has developed a puppet ministry which she uses to present the gospel in schools and churches. She will share her story with us.

10 May 2012 - Stampin’ Up

A craft workshop where you can make cards using beautiful stamps and colours. This is a party plan type event where you will have the opportunity to buy the stamps.

7 June 2012 - Bowling and Meal Out

We will finish our year with a fun night out.
