- Pray for all involved in the services that God would use them to His glory and that the Holy Spirit would be in control.
- Pray for yourself that you may be open and teachable before God.
- Read the relevant passage of scripture and meditate on it.
- Pray for the people you will sit beside or have contact with, and determine to welcome strangers.
