Church Giving

Giving is an important part of our Christian discipleship. It shapes our hearts and practices to become more like Jesus, who gave everything he had to us and for us.

We understand that for some of our members the Covid-19 pandemic will have financial implications, so we ask this gently.

A large part of our income as a church comes from offerings that are put in the plate each Sunday. That money pays salaries, feeds into mission work at home and around the world, resources our building and many other things. It also ensures we can do ministry and help our community practically at this time. By not meeting together we potentially lose that portion of our income and the implications are significant.

So we ask, if you are able to, to prayerfully think through the practicalities of how and how much you are giving.

This is an ideal time to move to electronic giving, either temporarily or permanently.

If you would like information as to how to do this then please contact the Finance Committee via:

    Thank you!

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”
